ご友人のアカウントが無効になっている可能性はありませんか？ hotmail の受信トレイ(?)に 30 日以上アクセスしていないと、アカウントが無効になります。 hotmailやmixiなどのWeb メールサービスではない、プロバイダに付与されたアカウントからメールを送った場合はどうなりますでしょうか？
