いやいやいやいやいや…。 on は 「last week から現在まで進行中である」という意味の副詞ですよ。（あまり日本の辞書には載ってないですね。英英辞典を引いてください。）last week on を１つのかたまりと考えてください。「先週から続いている委員会の前に」という意味ですね。what以下全体がtestifiedの目的語になりますよ。 そしたら、簡単ですよね。

いつもお世話になってます。 意味はだいたいわかりますが、切れ目と構造がはっきりしないところがあるので お願いします。 Sarcasm is saying the opposite of what we truly mean,sometimes as a joke,sometimes to be crucial.
