自作PCで青い画面が出てしまう

質問

自作PCで作業をしていると時々青い画面が出てPCがとまってしまいます。

表示される内容は上の通りなのですが、翻訳してみても今ひとつ何をすればいいのか分かりません。どなたかアドバイスのほうをお願いいたします。

1.Logのチェックを行ってエラーが発生しているドライバ/アプリが判明するようなら、そのプログラムの更新や削除を行うことで直るかもしれないからチェックしなさい。
2.ハード/ソフト両面のVGAカード周りのチェックを行ってください。
3.マザーボード/付加ボードのBIOSアップデートがあるなら導入して下さい。それで直ることもあります。
まぁ、大体こういうことが書いてありますｗ　ありきたりですね。

こういうトラブルも自分でネットなどを探し回って試行錯誤しつつ解決していくことが自作PCの醍醐味のひとつですから、頑張ってくださいな。
