ぷらら個人アドレスからgmailへ送信できない

質問

■どのようなことでお困りでしょうか？
【ぷらら個人アドレスからgmailへ送信できない、ただしぷららメーリングリストサービスでは送信できる。
メーリングリストで約100名へ送信しますが正常に送信できるが、個人アドレスから送信すると送信できない。（下記エラー参照）
返事が出せないで困っています。
なお、Thunderbirdはマニュアル通り設定している。

gmail側の問題のようにも思いますが、このままではぷららメールを中止しなければなりません。

個人用とメーリングリストサービス用でメールサーバを分離していて、メーリングリストサービス用のメールサーバはGoogleが要求する以下の設定が正しくされているのに、個人用のはされていないということかもしれません。

もしそうであれば、ぷららのサービスに設定を依頼するしか解決方法はありません。

→googleが、Gmailアカウントに対して5,000通／日以上のメールを送信する送信者に対して拒否とのこと
・送信者というのは、plalaドメイン全体でしょうか？
・それとも個人送信者（個人のメールアドレス）でしょうか？個人であれば自分のメールアドレスが悪用されてgmailあてにスパムメールを大量に送信しているのでしょうか？不安になってきました。
