何かを教えているサイトの著作権？について気になることがあります。 とあるサイトを作ってみようかな？っと思い真っ先に思いついたことなのですが、 何かを教えるサイトは説明がちょっと違うだけで内容はほとんど似てますよね？ 例えば、英語の文法を教えているサイトだと "I am 名詞"　で「私は～です」という意味になります。 など。 そして気になる部分とは、 仮にAさんが「自力で」英語の文法を教えるのサイトを作ったとします。 そして、ある日、英語の文法を出版している人が「あなたの英語を教えているサイトの○○を説明している部分が私が書いた本と似てるのですが。本にもちゃんと許可が無い場合、転載はしないでください。～」とメールが来た場合、法律的にはどうなるのですか？ 宜しくお願い致します。

弁護士に商標登録をお願いした際、調査費用というものがかかるものとおもいます。 特許庁の検索ページにて　参考　http://www1.ipdl.inpit.go.jp/syutsugan/TM_SEARCH_A.cgi　 自分で検索できるようですが、弁護士がおこなう調査には、これ以上に調査する方法があるのでしょうか？ 検索しましたが、ヒットしない場合でも登録されている事も考えられますか？ 自分で検索した際に疑問に感じるところでは、同じ言葉でも複数ヒットするものもあり、文字のロゴやフォントが様々です。 こういった場合、文字のロゴやフォントを変えれば登録が可能になり、発音としては意味を成さなくなるのでしょうか。
