Xperia X Paformance が、、、

Xperia X Paformance F8131の動作が不安定になったため、Xperia conpanion を使用してソフトウェア修復を行いました。　作業を続行しているとエラーが何度も出てきたのですが、やり直して続行しました。　やはりエラーが出るなぁ、、、と思って端末を再起動すると、「The software update filed. Make sure that your phone is connected the computer any try again.」 というメッセージが出て起動することだできなくなりました。 どうしたらよいでしょうか、、、、 ちなみにキャリアはdocomoです。 ※OKWAVEより補足：「ソニー製品」についての質問です。

F8131だとグローバルモデルですね。 そのエラーメッセージの時はPC側のUSBポートとの相性が悪くて失敗したケースはあります。 別のUSBポートや別のPCのUSBポートで試してみてはどうでしょうか。 それでも復旧しない場合は購入店に問い合わせてみてはいかがでしょうか。(有償になりそうですが…) ちなみにdocomoの型番のXperiaでは無いのでdocomoショップに持って行ってもダメなので注意。
