事実、株主の集約化に向かう様に思われる傾向（それは処分するのにたびたび数年を要するような本来非流動的な数百万ドルのまとまった多量の株取引の拡大を暗に意味する）は投機的な市場の循環と言う従来の金融化の常識に簡単には収まらない。 --- で囲まれた部分は前の文と同じことを補足的に言っているのでまずは取っ払って訳すと良いと思います。 share blockはまとまった額で買い取り保証的を含んで取得される株で、投機的に短期間の上がり下がりによる利ざやを期待しての取引とは傾向の違うもの。だから流動的にすぐに手放したりする(dispose)目的ではなく性格的に非流動的(illiquid)なもの。 financialization は文脈を取らないと訳しにくいのでここでは金融化としましたが、意味は財政を増大するなので、株式を公開する側の”資金増大をすること”と言う意味かと思います。
