確認ですが、 アマゾン や 楽天ブックス を持つ会社の国内での利益額と、納税額は、把握された上でのご質問 ということでよいでしょうか？ もし、そうなら、相当歪んだ見方をしないと、 市場競争で経営努力をしたくない既得権益層のいじめ という発想にはならないように思えます。

その分野において独占の弊害がもたらす不利益が拡大している場合には、競争原理を機能させるために様々な手立てが必要になる。 独占の弊害を是正するには、規制の拡大、規制の撤廃、その他個別案件で様々な提案があるが、課税をすることでバランスさせて競争原理を促がそうとする手法は古くから行われる手段の一つ。 独占の弊害を是正し、競争原理を機能させるバイアスとして課税は一つの手段。他でよい手段があればそちらも取り入れるべきでもあるので、提案をしてみては。
