よろしくお願いします

Finding a therapist can be challenging. When I started considering therapy, my parents told me they would help me out if I found someone. I searched online through numerous therapists, weighing specialties, costs and personal reviews. weighing specialtiesの意味を教えてください。あと、help me outは単にhelp meだとどう違うでしょうか？よろしくお願いします

１。weighing specialtiesの意味を教えてください。 　（いろんな療養士に当たって）専門分野を比較検討し（費用、個人の評価、などをオンラインで調べた）。手指、脚や歩行、言葉、など専門に分かれています。 ２。あと、help me outは単にhelp meだとどう違うでしょうか？ 　あまり違わないと思います。help out は「（困っている時窮境から）助け出す」、help の方は「（100％でなくても）手を貸す」という違いはあるようです。 　https://eow.alc.co.jp/search?q=help+out
