Anyway, the funny thing is I have not dated once in those 12 years, because I sense pitfalls and know about age gap problems, and sometimes I do that goofy formula that says the appropriate age to date is half yours plus seven years (or older). sometimes以下の和訳をよろしくお願いします

“The English instructor said that my last paper shows an unusual amount of originality. She did, truly. Those were her words. It doesn't seem possible, does it, considering the eighteen years of training that I've had? The aim of the John Grier Home (as you doubtless know and heartily approve of) is to turn the ninety-seven orphans into ninety-seven twins.”

古代の伝説の遺跡についての文章です 200 miles northwest of the modern city of Dwaraka, India, this ancient city was discovered underwater in the Gulf of Khambhat. It cannot be dated, but some have argued the city is the oldest on earth... built between 9 and 32,000 years ago. Proof of the age is a major battleground as anything that old means advanced civilizations existed on lands that were flooded way before archeologists have said there were civilized builders. Yet, construction techniques were advanced and points to the intervention of interstellar helpers. 文法についても理解したいので、できれば、中学レベルで崩さずに訳していただけるとありがたいです よろしくお願いします

和訳をよろしくお願いします! On November 15 a festival is held for children seven (siti)five(go) and three(san) years old, and so the festival is called shichi-go-san. The reason why we have a celebration for these years is because odd numbers are believed to be lucky since they cannot be divided by two. In addition, we are told that since the ages of 7, 5 and 3 years are important growth steps for children, it is, therefore, significant to honor the children of these ages. In many parts of Japan, a child is received as a member of a shrine parts when he or she is seven. Though the are variations according to locality, in general, boys who are three and five and girls who are three and seven are dressed in their best clothes, and are taken by their parents to large and prestigious shrines, and very often A to the shrines of their local deities. It is customary after the visit to buy chitose-ame(thousand-year candy), sold at the stalls on the grounds of the shrine. よろしくお願いしますm(_ _)m

☆These two are ancient arts ― ancient, at least, as we in America count age ― for their seeds were sown well over seven hundred years ago, and it was in the seventeenth century that they blossomed into full perfection. ☆There are many haiku, much of whose effect can be kept in accurate translation. 上記の英文を自力では訳しきれず、困っています。 何方か教えて頂けませんでしょうか。 宜しくお願いします。

I don't like the thought of being cut up and my heart being taken out. I known I'd be dead and I wouldn't feel anything, but I still don't like the idea."―Paul, age 26 "I'll never forget the time when my daughter was suffering from a kindney disease. In order to save her life, I decided to give one of kidneys to her. Now she's fifteen years old and wonderfully strong and healthly. I'm sure that everyone should carry a donor card."―Andy, age 37
