こんばんわ。 これは送信メールが相手に届きませんでしたという通知とその届かなかった理由が書いてあります。 6時間の間、ホストであるdocomo.ne.jpが受け取ってくれなかった。それはセキュリティなどの問題があるのかもしれません。 そんな感じのことが書いてあります。 たぶん相手に届いていないので再度メールを送ってみたほうがいいですよ。
