こんにちは。お世話になります。 英語初学者です。 英文を読んでいたら、 kipper sent up to the man. He gave the man a sweet. ‟What is that thing?” he said. ‟You lock people up in it,” said the man. ‟You can't lock people in that,” said kipper. ‟You can't get them in” ‟Oh yes you can ” said the man. ‟Look” という英文に出くわしました。 先ほど、okwaveで別の質問をしまして、ご回答をいただき、 意味を理解することができたのですが、 上から６番目の文でなぜ‟Oh yes you can ”と言っているのかが やはり、いまだによくわかりません。 なぜ、‟You can't lock people in that,”と言われているのに、 「Ｉ」を使わず、「You」を使って‟Oh yes you can ” と答えているのでしょうか？ さっぱり意味が分かりません。 どなたか、教えては下さいませんでしょうか？ 宜しくお願いいたします。

アメリカのネットショップで小物を購入予定です。発送は日本までしてくれますか？とだけ聞いたら色々返事がきました。すみませんが下記の英文の意味を教えて下さい。お願いします。 1: If you can use the link in below register your account. I guess is very expensive? 3: We already seel our brand through a company called Ion, Don't know if familiar with them or not! 4: I think the best proposal is if you can try some of our current stocks from NY. You believe the other people can tell you are really worried about the smoke, but they can't. 上記の You believe 以降がいまひとつわかりません。「三番目の人は二人が問題無さそうに振る舞っているのを見て、二人よりも不安になる可能性が低い」を受けて You believe が続くのですが。。。can tell は「言うことができる」ではなく「わかる」でしょうか。 お手数かけますが、You believe 以降の意味をご教示頂けますと幸いです。宜しくお願い致します。

You'll never get as brave a man as he. この英文の意味は「あなたは決して彼のような勇敢な男になれない」でしょうか？それとも「あなたは決して彼のような勇敢な男を捕まえられない」でしょうか？get to be＋名詞ならば「～になる」の意味でto be省略の形かなとも思ったのですが。

If you would like we can ship them in 2 shipments ( items in stock and then the reorders in 10 days) or you can wait for the entire shipment at once. I have sent you the invoice via paypal. For Fedex it would be $60 for shipping for one complete shipment. If you want to use your account just let me know the account number and we can set up with fedex. Once we get payment we can start the order, thank you again, I went ahead and did the 10% that you had requested, I can’t do anymore, but this is the lowest we have gone for any AAA.

この英文はどう訳すといいですか？ うまく訳せなくて(^^;; アメリカのペンフレンドと恋バナしてた時の文です。 よろしくお願いします。 I would like to say yes and choose you, but it's hard to say yes to someone you never get to see. - MFC-J6583CDWでA4サイズをA3用紙に拡大コピーしようとすると、「用紙を送れません」というエラーメッセージが表示され、印刷ができない問題が発生しています。給紙ローラーのクリーニングや紙の入れ直しを試しましたが解決しません。
- A4サイズをA3用紙にコピーするときには給紙されるのに、拡大コピーでは給紙しないという状況です。故障かどうかわかりませんが、解決策を教えてください。
- OSはWindowsで接続はUSBケーブルを使用しています。Wi-Fiルーターや関連するソフト・アプリ、電話回線については特に関係ありません。
