２つは違う構造です。 １。 what little girls are made of 「小さな女の子を作り上げているもの」＝少女を形成している成分、と言う意味で、これは名詞節で文ではありません。この what は、関係代名詞です。 ２。 what are little girls made of？ 「小さな女の子は何でできてるの？」こちらの方は、独立の（疑問）文です。この what は「何」のという疑問詞です。 ですから１は、 Sugar and Spice: what little girls are made of 「S＆S：少女の成分」という副題には使えます。 また下記のように s＆s は決まり文句で sugar and spice, everything nice と語呂合わせで続きます。 http://eow.alc.co.jp/search?q=sugar+and+spice

(袖と裾が長く作られているので、窮屈に感じる。) 主語が The sleevs and length だと make は「作る」という動詞だからおかしいのでは？それとも訳がおかしいのでしょうか？文法を教えていただきたいです。 ３；Netherless the kimono I wear has a beautiful design and an elegant form . 最近のニュースなのですが、文法的にどういう構造なのかどうしても分かりません。 Scientists and athletes testified before a congressional committee last week on what recent studies indicate is a high number of teenage girls using steroids for athletic and cosmetic reasons. http://www.voanews.com/english/2005-06-20-voa26.cfm 意味は分かるんですが、「先週、科学者とアスリート達が最近の研究が指摘するところの、競技目的と美容目的にステロイドを使っている多くの十代の女性について、議会の委員会で証言した。」 what recent studies indicate はwhat you call のように最近の研究が指摘するところの～と少女を修飾していると思うのですが、それなら、その後のisは何なのか？ それともindicate that～で that以下が倒置されているのでしょうか？でもそうすると、girlsは複数なのでareにならないといけないし・・・ それとも表記ミスなのでしょうか？ この文章の構造をお教え願いますでしょうか？お願いします。
