ミスタイプと思われます。 多分アジア圏の人なのでしょう。 何しろ、注文した商品を準備しているのでそちらにすぐに到着すると言いたいようです。 しかしながら、間違えた商品である可能性があるので、ちゃんと deerskin ？ と聞き返したほうがいいでしょう。
