「それを180度時計方向に捻る。」 Rotate it clockwise by 180 degrees. 「それを（逆にまわして)もとにもどす。」 Then reverse it back to its original position.

「角度30度において」という表現は at 30 degree とも書けると思いますが、 at the observing angle of 30 degree のように記載する場合は a) at the observing angle of 30 degree b) at an observing angle of 30 degree のどちらの冠詞を使うのでしょうか?
