say whatever comes to mind as a way of bringing unconscious wishes into awareness 　無意識の願望を自覚できるようにするために、心に浮かんだことは何でも言うように求める方法 と教科書にはあるのですが、as a wat of bringing　とはなんでしょうか？ どんな役割なのでしょうか？
