こんばんは。 宜しくお願いします。 アメリカのグリーンカード放棄手続きのフォーム I-407で質問があります。 6(b) Documents Surrendered 6(c) Date of Abandonment of Status as a Lawful Permanent of the United States これらは、何を記入すればいいのでしょうか？ 6(c) Date of Abandonment of Status as a Lawful Permanent of the United Statesに関しては Insructionsに、List the date the alien actually abandoned status(not necessarily the date of his or her departure from the United States)とあります。 どうぞ宜しくお願いします。

先程の質問に続き、宜しくお願いします。 アメリカ永住権放棄に伴い、I-407を提出予定です。 6(d) Remarks of Immigration/ Consular Officer ～の欄と 6(e) の欄の意味がよくわかりません。 簡単に訳していただけないでしょうか。 以下に、文章を掲載しておきます。 すみませんが、宜しくお願いいたします。 ----------------------------------------------- 6(d) Remarks of Immigration/ Consular Officer If you waive your right to a hearing now, you can have a hearing at any time hereafter before an Immigration Judge to determine your admissibility by presenting yourself at a port of entry to the United States and seeking entry. If you do seek a later hearing, the Immigration Judge can and will take into account all statements you have made concerning your abandonment of residence in the United States. 6(e) I have read and understand the above statements, or they have been read to me, and the statements are true and correct. I also understand(if I am at this time an applicant for admission into the United States) that I have the right to appear before an Immigration Judge for a hearing to determine my admissibility into the United States as a returning lawful permanent resident. 質問させて頂きます。 某辞書でHe was accredited to the United States to represent China. という文を見つけました。 質問一、 「～として」をas aという言葉に書き換える場合、He was accredited to the United States as a represent China. でよろしいでしょうか？ 他の方に聞いたところ、「He was accredited to the United States to represent OF China. がいいのでは？」と言われました。 これが一番しっくり来る気がするのですが、いかがでしょうか？ 質問二、 辞書にはこの訳として 「米国駐在中国大使として正式に派遣された」 と書かれていました。 どうしたらこういう訳になるのかが理解できません。 駐在・大使・正式という単語は使われていないので、私の訳としては「彼は中国の代表として米国に派遣された」 が適切ではないかと感じています。 皆さまのご意見をお聞きしたいです。 宜しくお願い致します。

過去に経験がある方、知ってる方などいましたら教えて下さい。 宜しくお願いします。 地元が北海道なのですが永住権の放棄は札幌総領事館で出来ますか？ やはり沖縄か東京でしか出来ないのでしょうか・・・ 再入国許可書の提示は必要でしょうか？ そのまま保持して期限切れになってしまった場合 旅行などで渡米する場合強制送還などされますか？ 非移民者として普通に渡米、観光出来るのであればそのまま保持しようかと思ってます。

夫の兄が、今年の夏位からアメリカで仕事をしています。 友人を頼って渡米し、友人がやっているＩＴ関係を手伝っているような・・・非常に曖昧で疚しい雰囲気です。 「グリーンカードを取得して、日本の妻子をよぶ」と言ってるそうですが、グリーンカード(米国永住権)て・・そんなに簡単に取得できるものなのでしょうか？ きちんと働き、きちんとした夢や未来図を持ってアメリカで働いたり活動している方は凄く多いと思うのですが、そういう人達が取得するのは分かるのですが・・・曖昧な義兄の子供みたいな発想「グリーンカード(米国永住権)をすぐにでも取得して・・」がまかり通るほど簡単なものとは思えません。 詳しい方、グリーンカード(米国永住権)の取得について教えてください。 宜しくお願いします 問題の多い義兄なので・・・米国逃亡としか私には思えなくて。 何も知らない舅・姑では話しにならず（義兄の戯言を信じる傾向があり）、こちらがきちんとグリーンカードの事を把握したいと思っております。
