cywold.comが 見れない

質問

ＰＣは、Ｖｉｓｔａなんですが、春頃から、いままで、観れていた　cywoldが観れなくなった。開けると、マイクロソフトが・・・で問題が生じたので閉じてしまいます。解決するには、どうしたらいいですか？
ＰＣは、初心者であまり詳しくはないです。
