ebay 落札後キャンセルしたのですが。

ebay 初心者です。商品を落札できたのですが、paypalやクレジットカードでの支払いができず、出品者に問い合わせたところ Money Orderならいいという返事でした。私は取引をキャンセルさせて頂こうとまた問い合わせしました。すると以下のようなメッセージがかえってきました。 Thank you for contacting us about retracting or cancelling a bid. この程度の英語もわからずして参加するのが悪い。 　エキサイト翻訳は　こういう場合に役に立つ代物ではない。 金払わない落札者として　管理者に報告されるみたいやけど 規約上　どうなってんのかね？ 　金使って翻訳でも頼めば？
