外人の友達とメールしていて yesterday I went to school. When I wanted to take the underground to return at home (6:00pm), it had a big problem: the underground was bloked. When it could fonctionate, it just did circles! (it stoped at a station, but it didn't go to the next station. It came back to the precedent and stoped. Can you see what I mean?) so, I couldn't came back to home. But, I had my phone, so I called my parents and I could came back to my house by car. It was 7:40pm. but now, the underground is okay =) と来て、地下鉄になにか問題があって家に帰れなかったそうなんですが、 When it could fonctionate, it just did circles! it stoped at a station, but it didn't go to the next station. It came back to the precedent のあたりの状況がはっきりと分かりません。鉄道が壊れてて次の駅までは行かず、ずっとまわってた？ということでしょうか？ 教えてください。

お世話になっております。 以下についてお教え頂けないでしょうか。 I will go buy furniture within this week. ネイティブの方は、go to buy やgo buyingではなく、上記文の通りgo byが正しいと言われました。実際、go buy と動詞+動詞は文法的に正しいのでしょうか？ 今までこのようなことを習ったことがないだけに不可思議です。 ご指導のほど何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。

The airplane she was one had to return to turn around and go back. 上記の意味がわかりません。 Air-Rage Grammy Gets 10-Year Flight Ban のNews からの内容理解確認文の一文なのですが、 The airplaneは had to return だったto turn around and go back するために・・・・。までは わかるのですが、she was one が どうthe airplaneにかかるのかが わかりません。そもそも she was oneも 「彼女は ひとりだった。？（暴行を働いてしまったウチの という意味？？？）」と それ自身の意味もわかりません。 宜しくお願いいたします。
