携帯からの投稿です。 タイトル通りウイルスっぽい現象です… 大切なデータがありクリーンインストールは避けたいです…お助けください。 以下ブルスク内容 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stopp error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Check for viruses on your computer. お付き合いいただき感謝します。 G DATAのLinuxUSB版でも試しましたがLinux起動エラーがでたので、windows環境より上の階層かマスターブートレベルで動くウイルスとの事でした。 とにかく1)～3)を試したいと思います。それらはネカフェなんかでも実行可能でしょうか？それならすぐできます。

今日ノートンセキュリティソフトを買ってきてリブートCDとしてスキャン実行できたのですが、リスクは検出されませんでした…やはり起動中再起動されるのでもう無理ですかね… せめてピクチャなどのデータを吸い出してたいのですがどうすればよいでしょうか？

No1の方のヘルプを見ると色々原因が考えられますね。 セーフモードでも立ち上がらないようだと、大概リカバリは難しいのが現実です。 HDが2台あればベストですが、さもなくばHDだけ明日会社に持って行って、中のデータをバックアップするのが手っ取り早い解決方法です。 あとはクリーンインストールです。

HDD2台ついてます。外付けもあります。ただ、セーブモードでも再起動なります…
