deep dish は、僕はピザ（所によって「ニューヨークスタイル」のピザ、と言ったり「シカゴスタイル」のピザと言ったりしますが）にだけ使うのを聞いたのですが、下記では deep dish peach pie のように、ピーチパイなどにも使うようです。訂正します。済みませんでした。 http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/deep+dish
