英文翻訳。至急お願いします!

There is a misunderstanding. We did not book any amount from your account. We just had to check the validity your credit card. The amount of 70,- will probably remain frozen for the period of 30 days (starting 22.11.) but has not been transferred to our account. Our policy is that our guests pay on site before they leave. You still have to pay the amount of 70,- at our hotel (with cash or credit card). 以上、お願いします!!

ごめんなさい、No.2ですが。 書き忘れました。 この70-は旅行代理店がつかんでいる可能性が高いです。 もし旅行前に解決なさりたければ、代理店のほうに問い合わせたらいかがでしょう?

こんにちは、 これ、英語圏のホテルではないですね。 ”誤解が生じました。貴方のアカウントからどのような金額も(引き出した??book??)事実はありません。 クレジットカードの有効性を確認しなければなりませんでした。70-は多分11月22日から30日間凍結される扱いになるでしょう。(凍結??frozen??) しかしながら、その金額は我々が手にしたわけではありません。 ホテルのポリシーは、お客様には出発の際に支払っていただくようになっています。 貴方は70-を(現金、あるいはクレジットカードで)ホテルで支払っていただくことになります。” 非常にわかりにくい英語です。 普通であれば70-はデポジットということで、支払いの時に差し引かれるのですが。 これは、イーメイルのコピーを全部持って、はっきりとした支払いの証明を、現地のホテルでするしかないように思いますが、いかがでしょうか。

あなたが泊まったホテルの代金がホテル側の手違いかなんかであなたのクレジットカードから引き落としができなかったから$70現金かクレジットカードで払わなきゃいけないってことです。 多分ですけど払わなかった場合はプラスしてなんドルか払わなきゃいけにとおもうんで早めに払った方がいいです!

詳細入れます。 キャンセル料無料(デポジットなし)の条件で、国際キャッシュカードの情報を入力し予約。 しかし実際に引き落としされていた。 予約代理店に確認したところ宿泊先の手違いだと判明。 「返金しなくてもいいが二重支払が起こらぬよう宿泊先に連絡してくれ」と連絡した。 その後、宿泊先からの返信が本文の内容です。 カードの有効性確認の為、一旦引き落としした。というような内容かと思うのですが、違いますか?
