この文を二つに分けて、考えてみてください。 I don't like people. ※私は・・・な人が、好きではない。 who make fun of others ※どんな人が好きではないかというと、・・・ 他の人をからかう人。 整理すると、・・・ 私は、 他の者をからかう人は 好きではありません。
