１。have got は「私はここに持っている」「～がここにある」と言って意味で別にご馳走のニュアンスはありません。 ２。とりこになる。は name on it は下記にあるように「名前が書いてある」という文字どおりの意味から、名前を入れて待たせてある」「とっておき」と言う意味があります。 http://eow.alc.co.jp/name+on+it/UTF-8/ with your name on it には、「貴方の名前入りの」「貴方にうってつけの」「貴方が大好きになること受け合いの」といった意味があります。 このあたりから「虜になる」が出てきます。

アメリカのドラマを見ていたときに、名前を尋ねるとき What's your name?とかMay I have your name? ではなく、 You got the name. という訊き方をしているのをよく目にします。 上の文章とどうニュアンスが違うのでしょうか？ 下の訊き方のほうが一般的なのでしょうか？
