サーバーの問題？？？！！！！！！

パソコン初心者の質問でごめんなさい。
私の会社は、独自のシステムで顧客管理をしています。
独自ドメイン（例abcdefg.org）でwebhost4lifeのホスティングサーバーと、smartermailというものを使っています。
昨日突然独自のシステムにアクセスが出来なくなりました。

昨日、２４時間のチャットで少しお話したんですけど、パソコンが初心者過ぎてわかりません。
お金を払っていないとか、クレジットカードからの引き落としなのでありえないし・・・。
ホスティングアカウントがwebhost4lifeの新しいプラットフォームとに移動したと言っていましたが、この問題に関係があるのかさえわかりません。
どのように質問していいのかもわかりません。
お願いです。親切な方助けてください。
出来るだけの、可能性を教えてくれませんか？

URLが変更になったのかもしれませんというより
管理会社のほうでDNSがきちんと設定できていないのかもしれません

一度管理会社に連絡して確認してみてください。

あなたが探しているページは移動したか、名前が変わったかもしれません。
あるいは一時的に利用できません。

webhost4lifeの新しいプラットフォームに移動したと
ということですからURLが変更になったのかもしれません。

どちらにしてもサーバ管理会社に連絡して確認してみてください。
