インテルＣＰＵだから爆音はいつものこと。 リカバリ当ててみたら・・・・。 グーグル翻訳 この場合は、このストップエラー画面を初めて見た場合は、 コンピュータを再起動。この画面が再び、次の表示される場合 これらの手順を実行します： 無効にするか任意のアンチウイルス、ディスクの最適化をアンインストール またはバックアップユーティリティ。は、ハードドライブの設定を確認 任意の更新されたドライバとをチェックします。 CHKDSKを実行/ Fはチェックする コンピュータを再起動ハードドライブの破損、およびクリックします。

貴方が貼ったブルースクリーンの文章は定型文なので その下の STOP以降に貴方のPCに関するエラーコードとエラーの内容が書いてあります。 そこを書かなければ誰もわかりません。

「起動するとファン？（画像参照）が尋常でないくらい回転し」とありますから、原因はHDDの故障ではありません 電源ユニットもしくはマザーボードの故障により、OSがうまく動けないのでしょう 物理的な故障なので、メーカー修理に出すか、いっそ同型の中古機（今なら1万円もしません）を買ってきてHDDを入れ替えるだけで修理完了です。

起動途中でHDDがエラーを出してる というメッセージだと思います。 電源を入れたらF8キーを押してセーフモードで起動。 起動したらHDDのエラーチェックをしてみてください。 起動しないでまた青画面が出たらHDDの故障が考えられます。
