[Evan] An example of a pretty good portable credit card reader (referred to as a "skimmer" in the cited articles) is the GB21 (pictured below). A fraudster can use the GB21 to capture the data, and use a encoder to write the data to any card with a magnetic strip (a gift card, a gas card, a prepaid telephone card, etc.).

外国人の友人から「which is a holiday that pretty much takes up the entire day.」 上記の英文の前に 「sorry if I reply a little bit late today, it's Thanksgiving in the US.」 それと「I know not too much what to say」と「Sorry I know how to speak and understand(include) a little English but prefer to use a translator」はどういう意味なんでしょうか?

Don’t believe in magic? Don’t tell this baboon. The little guy had his mind absolutely blown when a magician showed him a card trick at a zoo. With the flick of the wrist, captured on video, a white card is seen vanishing in a man’s hand, turning the baboon’s bored-looking stare into a look of total disbelief. When the magician makes the card reappear, the baboon again gasps at the sight while reaching out in an attempt to touch the card. The entertaining scene was shared by American’s Funniest Home Videos Tuesday but it wasn’t immediately clear when or where it was taken. The baboon isn’t the only one amused by such sorcery. Another video uploaded to YouTube in December showed an orangutan rolling in hysterics when a man made what appears to be a sweet gum seed vanish inside a Styrofoam cup.

Some food labels also reveal that not all the fats and oils in our diet are consumed in their naturally occurring molecular forms. Unless you eat "natural"peanut buter, the jar on your shelf probably is labeled something like, "oil modified by partial hydrogenation." Peanuts ground to make peanut butter always release a quantity of peanut oil. This oil separates on standing and must be stirred back into the solid before use.

1The difference between the role of Congress in shaping the copyright system and the role of courts in applying the fair use defense is that Congress is constrained in its task second, whether as a rule transaction costs would stand in the way of a negotiated license. 2Only if both questions are answered affir-matively will the fair use defense apply. 3The most salient point about transaction costs as an occasion for applying the fair usedoctrine is that transaction costs are mutable, and the too liberal dispensation of fair use can slow the investment in institutions and technologies that might reduce transaction costs to manageable levels and consequently dispense with any need for the doctrine.

When a person`s words do not agree with his or her body language, on which should you rely? Can you tell when someone is lying to you? Aside from some kinds of criminals, some politicians and those with psychological problems, most people become uncomfortable when telling a lie and send signals about their lies through their body language. If people`s words disagree with their body language, you would be wise to rely on their body language as a more accurate reflection of their true feelings. Eye, nose, and mouth movement, along with hand gestures, are the four major non-verbal cues typically associated with lying. The statue of the Tree Wise Monkeys accurately shows the primary hand-to-face gestures associated with lying. When people are doubtful or lying, they often use their fingers to block their mouth ( 1 ) they were filtering their words. This hand-to-mouth geture is commonly referred to as "speak no evil." The second hand gesture associated with lying is called "see no evil," and it occurs when a person rubs or ( 2 ) his or her eyes. The third hand gesture "hear no evil" is displayed when a person covers his or her ears. (1)as if (2)before (3)though (4)even if (1)closes (2)touches (3)drops (4)narrows
