ＰＣゲームのムービー再生

PC用ゲームの 真剣で私に恋しなさい! をやっていて、ある程度進めオープニングムービーが再生される所まできたのですが再生されず少し間があきキャラクターセレクトに進んでしまいます。 Windows Media Playerで再生しようと思いやってみたら「ファイルの再生中にWindows Media Playerに問題が発生しました。詳細については、Webヘルプをクリックしてください」とメッセージが出てきたのでwebヘルプをクリックしてみた所 Windows Media Player Error Message Help You've encountered error message C00D11B1 while using Windows Media Player. No.1さんの回答通り、コーデックが足りないのでしょう。 ゲームが落ちないだけマシです。 毎月のWindowsUpdate(MicrosoftUpdate)でSP3に更新するように勧める表示が出ていたかと思いますが… 拒否していたのでしょうか。 # 次回以降表示しない…にでもしていたのでしょうかね？ それでも、Windows Media Playerのアップデートくらいあったかと思うのですが。 # WMPのV6かV7くらいなんでしょうかね… >メモリ246MB RAM かなりカツカツです。 メモリ不足でスワップしまくりな気がしますが… できれば1G程度にした方がよいかと。 ソフト自体、2009/8/28の発売ですし。 # 動作環境でRAM256Mとなっていますが……現実的には推奨環境に書かれているものが事実上の最低環境です。 # それなのになぜ256Mと書かれるかは…販売機会を少しでも増やすため…でしょう。そうでもしないと立ちゆかない会社は多いものです。

Wr5さん　さすが良く見てらっしゃる メモリ246MBですね　 最近のパソコンでは少なすぎですね 　増やせるようだったら増やしましよう

とりあえずSP3にアップデートしましょう この中にWindows Media Playerのアップデートも含まれていると思います これでまだだったらコーデックが必要かも 音楽および音声再生は正常ですか？
