すみません・・・メールをしてるんですけど相手が外国人で英語がわかりませ

相手がアジア系なんですね。ネイティブの英文ではないようです。 「そうだね。で、僕は君をなんて呼んだらいいかって聞こうとしてたんだ。例えば・・・名前？ちょっと混乱してる。ヘヘ・・・。だっていろんな人が君を違ったもんで呼んでるみたいに聞いたから。」 前後の文章とかあなたと相手の関係にもよりますが、日本での習慣として相手の立場ではあなたをどんな風に呼ぶのが一般的なのか、と聞いているのだと思います。 「Call me ××××.」「My friends call me ××××.」

ついでに回答ですが、 call me XX, my friendとかその辺はお任せします call me like that. 色んな呼ばれ方をしている件に関しては、情報が少ないのでなんて返せばいいのかは分かりかねます

「なんてお呼びすればいいんですか？ いろんな人がいろんな呼び方をしているような気がしたんで、ちょっと混乱しちゃいました」 ってな感じですかね。

毎日メールしている外国の方がいるのですが、今日もその人とメールしていて、私は来月旅行でオーストラリアに行く事になった！初めて一人で遠出するから不安！と送ったら、とても励ましと楽しんできてのメールをくれて、 「僕も仕事で来月ドバイに行くかもしれない。」って来たので、「とても楽しそう！いいなあうらやましい！あなたに沢山の良いことがありますように」 って送りました。 そしたら、(以下から英語でそのまま載せます) （彼） Hahaha don't be your going on an holiday soon too.
