windows vista　の　Runtime Errorの解決方法

インターネットを使用中あるサイトに行くといつも下記の同じ言葉が出て進めなくなります。 私の使用しているパソコンはwindows vista　です。 すみませんが解決方法を教えてください。 Runtime Error!
