直訳すると「あなたは私が最高の時に持ち、彼は最悪の時に持った」です。 で前後の文脈がこの骨格に肉を付けてくれるのですが、例えば歌を歌うとかバレーのレッスンをしているとすれば、「あなたは私が一番上手に歌って（あるいは踊って）いる時に聞いて（あるいは見て）くれ、あの人は一番ひどい時に聞いた（あるは見た）のです。といった解釈が可能だと思います。 あるいは貴方は私が最高の気分の時に私を抱いてくれ、あの人（例えば別れたボーイフレンド）は一番むしゃくしゃしてた時に近寄って来た。 あるいは貴方は僕が最高に英語を駆使している時に聞いてくれ、彼は僕が最悪の時に来合わせた。 などいろいろあると思います。
2ですが、 have は使役の have とも、「持つ」という意味の have で「私を最高の状態で持つ」とも取れます。 簡単に言うと、ニュアンス的には大体同じ、と思います。
ここは使役の have じゃないでしょうか。 have me at my best 「私を最高の状態にする」 have me at my worst はその逆。 「あなたといる時は最高だったけど、彼は最悪だった」 じゃないでしょうか？

- 文章のハッキリした意味がわかりません…
普段は仏語でメールを交換している友人から、 今回は自分の勉強のために、英語でメールを書いてもらったのですが、 下の文章の意味がよくわかりません…。特にわからないのが、 「 how impressed he was with you when he met you.. compliment indeed from my old man..」の部分です。 僕は、友人の家に何度か行って、友人の父と会った事があります。 彼にとって自分が、特に印象に残ったニッポン人だったのか、 僕の何か（行動や言動）に”感動した”のか、 それとも何か悪い"印象"を与えてしまったのか…、と理解できていない状態です。 わざわざ悪い内容を書くとは思えないので、よい意味で捉えたいのですが…。 どうでしょうか？よろしくお願いいたします。 『Take care Jun（僕の名前）, my dad in fact was talking to me about Jpana recently and said how impressed he was with you when he met you.. compliment indeed from my old man..』
