  • 自作PCにＸＰがインストールできなくて困っています。XPのインストールCDはSP２です。VISTAは持っていないので試しにWINDOWS7を入れたところこちらは無事に入りましたが、不便が多いのでなんとかXPを入れたいと思っています。インストールが途中で止まった時には以下のエラー表示が出ます。
  • 自作はしますがさほど詳しくはなく英語も苦手でお手上げ状態です。なにとぞよろしくお願いします。
  • 主要パーツは、MB：FOXCONN G45M-S、CPU：Core2Duo E7500、メモリー：トランセンド２G×２、HDD：日立 HDT721010SLA360×２、光学ドライブ：LG製 DVDマルチドライブです。

どのようにしてWindowsXPをインストールしようとしたのかを 具体的に書かれた方がいいですよ。 Windows7を先にインストールしてあったのなら、WindowsXPの インストール時にWindowsXPのインストールCD-ROMからブートして 領域の削除から行なったのでしょうか？

アドバイスありがとうございます ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ７のものとは別の新しいＨＤＤを使ってＸＰのインストールを試みました しかし上記のエラー表示で行き詰ってしまいました ドライバＣＤからフロッピーを作成してＦ６でなんとか解決しました ありがとうございました

SATAです、お恥ずかしい・・・ AHCIでインストールするならマザーのチップがインテルICH10Rなので フロッピーディスクにドライバ入れてインストール中F6押して適用です マザーのドライバCD内にもあると思いますし インテルからダウンロードされてもいいと思います。

ドライバーＣＤからフロッピーを作ってＦ６でフォーマットまではいけました。 フォーマットに時間がかかってるので今晩はこのまま放置ですが大丈夫そうです。 ありがとうございました

BIOSでSTATをIDEにしてみてください AHCIで引っかかってるのだと思いますよ
