下手な訳ですが下記で意味は分かって頂けると思います： 他の当事者は当該当事者の委任を受けて動力分配装置の契約に関して当該当事者のために働く(複数の)代理人によって代理される。

前後の分がわからないので背景がわからないのと、"Contracting power transfer"が専門用語なので訳し方が良くわかりません。contractingは縮小とか収縮性のある、power transferは動力分配の装置、変速機みたいなものだと推測しますので、パワーをミニマイズして効率よく伝える特許発明か何かでしょうか？（科学関連の特許でしょうか？） いずれにせよここの部分をそのままにして訳すと、 「"Contracting power transfer"の件に関しては、他のグループ（当時者）の方々は彼等から委任された代理人が代行（代表）することとなりました。」といった意味になると思います。
こんにちは。 契約の効率性においてほかのグループを使うほかのグループに認可された顧客によって、ほかのグループは強調された。 へんな日本語かもしれませんが、partyの訳し方がわからなくて・・・。 あまりお手伝いできなくてすみません。

現在、販売代理店契約 の英文特許を翻訳しておりますが、以下の文が難しく、こちらに質問してみました。長文で、お世話をお掛けしますが、教えてください。 条項 Quality Assurance のなかの 1. The Sales Representative shall have no authority to bind,obligate or commit the Company,nor the power, personally or on behalf of the Company ,to waive any forfeiture or default or to alter, discharge or waive any of the terms and conditions of any contract entered into by or for the Company. 条項 Confidentiality のなかの 2.
