英語のメールのやり取りですが、間違っていたのでしょうが?

Thank you for your email, but I am confused by the words, "Status: CANCELLED." I definitely did not want to cancel the order and I am so desperately longing to receive the shoes. I would appreciate your clarification and instructions on how I can have them delivered to me as soon as possible. Many thanks in advance.
