RAMでデータ削除するとブルースクリーンエラーが出ます

質問

お世話になります。

ここ暫くDVDドライブでRAMディスクのデータを削除するとPCがダウンしてブルースクリーンの画面が出ます。

ブルースクリーンの内容はこんな感じです。

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is
identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check

BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need
to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your

削除と言うのはフォルダごと削除時や、画像ファイルを何十枚か一片に削除する時に起こります。
ディスクをフォーマット時には起こりません。

先日音楽ＣＤを焼いてカーオーディオで聞いた時に音飛びがあったので
素人考えですがＤＶＤドライブの不良？
もしくは接続ケーブルの不良？
かと考えてますがはっきりとした事がわかりません。

PCは
４年程前の
NEC VALUESTAR VG32S2ZEJ
WindowsXP SP3です
メモリは2GHz
一応memtest86でチェックしましたが異常無しでした
M/Bは１年前に別件の修理でメーカーで交換済みです。

光学ドライブ交換だけで済めばいいのですが
他の要因もって考えると何かありますでしょうか？

自分では原因がはっきりわからないのでよろしくお願い致します

ドライバのチェック、アップデート、ビテオアダプタの交換なんて書いてありますね。

ドライブ不良ではないと思います。

問題の解決には、リカバリしましょ。

0x0000008E　　ドライブのビジー状態。（処理不可）

再起動を要求するものです。
