以下は石田健著の「１日１分英字新聞」（祥伝社黄金文庫）の初版第21刷の152ページに掲載されている新聞記事の一部です。 The government approved a 20-minute HIV test that is so easy to use it will greatly cut the number of people who unknowingly carry and spread the disease. これの和訳が以下の通りです。 「政府は、20分で結果がわかるHIV検査を承認した。 この検査は非常に簡単に実施できるので、知らず知らずのうちにAIDSウィルスを持ち運び、撒き散らしている人の数を大幅に減らすことができると思われる。」 ここで疑問なのですが、この和訳が正しいとすると、原文のuseとitの間に「.」（ピリオド）が入り、原文は以下のように二つに分かれると思うのですが、これは原文部分がミスプリなのでしょうか？ The government approved a 20-minute HIV test that is so easy to use.
