タッチパネルが機能しなくなりました。PC VAIO

PC:VAIO PCG-R505S/PD OS:Windows XP Pro 症状:PCを再起動後、急に、タッチパネルが使えなくなりました。デバイス マネージャの「マウスとそのほかのポインティング デバイス」の、Alps Pointing-device(タッチパネルのデバイス)に「！」マークが表示されています。エラーメッセージで、「このハードウェアのデバイス ドライバを読み込むことができません。ドライバが壊れているか、ドライバがない可能性があります。 コード 39」が出てきます。 対処:システムの復元、ドライバの更新後再起動、他のマウスのデバイスを削除し再起動、Alps Pointing-deviceのデバイスを削除し再起動、同様に削除し新規インストール、以上を行ってみましたが、解決しません。 また、チェックディスクを数回行いました。その結果、下記の不具合と思われる表示がありましたので、コピペします。 ---------------------------------------------------------------- (前略) Cleaning up minor inconsistencies on the drive. 故障が考えられますよ。 修理を相談してください。

ご回答ありがとうございます。 故障とは、ハードウェアの故障でしょうか。 つまり、タッチパネル自体が故障している、HDDが故障している、とのことでしょうか。 もしくは、内部(レジストリなど)的な支障が出ているとのことでしょうか。 ソニーに修理依頼する以外に方法はないのでしょうか。 できれば、自分で直せるのなら直したい、と思っています。

タッチパネルの動作不良への対応は、ドライバを入れ直すか、もしくは そのものが壊れているために、交換修理が必要になるかどちらかでしょう。 不良セクタはタッチパネルとは無関係です。HDDが壊れかかっているのが 一番怖いですね。

ご回答ありがとうございます。 ドライバの入れ直しは数回試みましたが、徒労に終わりました。 やはり、タッチパネル自体が壊れているのかなぁと思います。 当方がコピペした情報から「不良セクタ」のパーセンテージ的にHDDが壊れかかっているのでしょうか。 そうであれば、早急にバックアップをしないといけませんね。 参考になりました。
