よろしくお願いします。 eBay 初心者です。 ＥＵのセラーが、私が注文したアイテムとは違う物を、誤発送してきました。 私が、そのことをセラーに伝えると、間違って届いたアイテムの画像を数枚送って欲しいと言ってきました。 私は、言われた通りにし、「この画像を見てもらえば、間違っていることが一目瞭然でしょう？」と言い、合わせて、「誤着したアイテムを直ぐ返品するから、私の注文したアイテムを直ぐ発送してほしい」旨、セラーに伝えました。 すると、セラーは随分経った後に、以下のようなことを言ってきました。 Hello, Sorry for long time to reply and thank you for the photos. Please do not send the item back before receiving the return instructions to us. We will send a replacement asap. 落札者です。 YAHOOオークションで落札しました。 その時は発送地（大阪）となっておりました。 お取引の段階で振込み口座が○○（外人名）でした。 自分のWebショップでオークションにだしてない商品もあるので追加で買えば送料が安いと連絡がきて1つ買いました。 オークションの分は日本の銀行へ振り込み、WEBの品はクレジットカードでした。 2週間で荷物が来ましたが買った商品と違います。 （商品番号が違う） 何度か取引ナビで連絡してますがどうも日本語が正しく理解できないようです。 向こうから Thank you for your email.
