和訳をお願いします

How does the reduction in benefits associated with higher earnings affect people's incentive to work past age 65? ===================================================================== １．Aの文に関して、whileは接続詞という認識でよろしいでしょうか？ 自分なりに考えた訳です。わかりにくい訳なので、間違っている箇所がありましたら、訂正をお願いします。 A.年金の支給が、働く時間をセーブするという人々の動機にどのように影響を与えるか？ b.高収入者の受給額の減少が６５歳を過ぎて働くという人々の動機にどのように影響を与えるか？

やはりそうでしたか. では、もうお分かりだと思いますが、65歳以上になっても働くと年金がすくなる可能性があるわけですから、働いている時の貯金を使い働かない方が年金が減らずに良いのではないか、と言う事なんですね. つまり、そういう影響は出てくるのかと言うのがこの分の意味ですね. つまり、while workingは when (while) (s)he is working. (s)heはshe とheをいっしょにしたものです. 65になったら、退職すると言う事が前提になっているわけですから、sqve while workingの方が、ここでは意味が出てきますね. もっとも、経済学などのクラスでは、この件で、働く事に関して、このSSシステムはどのような影響を与えるかなんて質問してきますからね. (笑) 頑張ってくださいね.

アメリカに35年住んでいる者です. save while workingというのは、働きながら貯金すると普通なるのですが、この文章は、affect while workingだと思います. つまり、働きながら貯金すると言うのは、あまりにも常識的な考えですので、これを書いた人はわざわざそれを言うとは思えないからです. ですが、社会保障制度というのは、失業してから、又、退職してから効果を表すと言うのが普通ですから、はたらいている(つまり、保障金を払っている)時点では?と問い掛けているんですね. また、Social Security と大文字になっていますので、ここは社会保障制度についていっています. こちらでは、今働いている人には、積み立ててきた分は帰ってこないという懸念を持っているので、無駄な事だと思う人がいるんですね. だから、この人は、「社会保障制度の規定は働いている人にとって、貯金をする気持ちにどのような影響を及ぼすでしょうか」って言いたいんですね. このばあい、provisionは規定とか条例としてみた方がいいと思います. つまり、働くと言う事は、この制度に対して、税金と同じ払う義務が出てきます. 払わなく手はならないのです、それが規定なのです. 払わなくてはいけないのに、払った分は帰ってこないということが、払わない条例を作って必ず帰ってkる貯金がしたいという人がいるんではないかと言う家庭もこの人は投げかけているんではないかと思います. そうなると、save while workingはsave while paying SSといういみをいいたいのかということも考えられます. 私の考えでは、affect while workingの方が、この人の考えに会っているように思えます. ＃2ですが、まず、65歳がこの制度による支払いを受けられる年齢なんですね. それを頭に入れて置いてください. そして、65さんになった時、年収が多ければ多いほど、制度からの支払いは少なくなります. 今の条例ではこの規定があるため、64になったら、退職した方が、よくなるわけですね. だから、この文章が意味のある文章となっているわけです. この背景が分かれば、訳も分かりますね. とここまで来ると、そうか、やっぱり、働きながら貯金をすると言う意味の方がいいかなとも思えますね. 働いているとき(年齢)にどのような影響があるかではなくね. これは、付随する保管文章から、この人の考え方によって変わって来ますね. なんか、逆に、混乱させてしまったみたいで、恐縮です. 質問があったら、又聞いてください.

A.について whileは接続詞でよくて, to save while (they are) working? だと思います． 『年金の支給が、働いている間の人々の貯蓄の動機にどのように影響を与えるか？』 といった内容では? ただし Social Security は一般的には社会保障制度(健康保険などを含めて)ではないかとも思うのですが，この場合「年金」に限定してよいのかどうかは，前後関係等をご検討ください． B. ほぼ正しいのでは？『高収入者ほど支給額を逓減することが...』という内容だと思いますが，どう訳すのが最適かは分かりません． 他のきちんとした回答を待ってみられるのがよろしいと思います．

No expression is more ambiguous in identifityng the source of information. The same goes for kankeisha guiding people in line because it does not tell us how they related to the line. I would guess they are hired by the store, but the term seems to be a convenient way to imply authority without responsibility. 例えば一文目、情報源を確認することよりも曖昧な表現はない(?)と訳せたのですが、 訳しておいて、その意味が全然わかりません・・・・・・。
