Postfixが何通も同じメールを送ってしまう。

質問

日本から海外にメールを送る際、先方から、何通も
同じメールが届いているという苦情を聞きました。

日本拠点メールサーバ：postfix 2.1.4
海外拠点メールサーバ：Microsoft SMTPSVC(6.0.3790.211)←メールヘッダから

日本側のメールサーバのログを調べたところ、以下のようなログが
見当たりました。

Apr 19 09:05:35 dns1 postfix/smtp[5758]: [ID 197553 mail.info] C2E9310DE: to=*********, relay=mail.*****.com[************], delay=998, status=deferred (conversation with mail.*********.com[************] timed out while sending end of　data -- message

日本側のメールサーバでは、タイムアウトと認識し、再送を試みているようなのですが、実際には、毎回相手側に届いており、複数通のメールが送られる結果になった模様です。

これは、日本のPostfixに問題があるためでしょうか？

正常にメールをやり取りしたいのですが、どなたか、解法をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご教授ください。

C2E9310DEでgrepを実行すると、もっと違うログが出てくると思います。
なぜ、timeoutになっている原因を探りたいですね。
