(1)「この手紙はエミリーによって書かれたものです。」 上記の日本語の意味のとり方は、「この手紙はエミリーによって書かれたのです。」という意味にしかとれないのでしょうか？ 「この手紙はエミリーによって書かれている（状態のもの）です。」とは、とれないのでしょうか？ これがどっちでもいいやん！といえるもんじゃないんです。 英訳すると 現在形と過去形の二通りできる気がして 、前後に文があれば文脈でどちらかが決定されるのでしょうけれど、(1)だけの文では、はっきりいって迷います。 みなさんはどう理解されているのでしょうか？ 是非教えて欲しいです。 宜しくお願いいたします。 ちなみに 沢山の問題集や教科書も This letter was written by Emily.の方を押しているようです。単純ですが、がちで困っています。

質問ですが、Ｅパルが日本語を勉強していて、ワードをつかって日本語を打ってきました。 でもおそらく翻訳機能を使ったような部分もあって微妙にところどころおかしい感じでした。英語が勉強中ですが私はyour japanese is good,but I can correction this japanese If you want;) と入れましたがこの英語なんだか変な気がします。そして彼から返事がきましたが、There were some errors I guess because of the program I used. I read it again and some words did not get fixed when I retyped it. I couldn't read what you sent to me. Can you send an attachment? これはなんといっているのでしょうか？やっぱり私の英語は通じていなかったのでしょうか・・・教えてください

日本語→「ウェブサイトは３月中旬から始める予定です。大分県は「文化が違う外国の人も日本の温泉を楽しむことができるようにしたいです」と話しています。」 英語→「The website is planning to begin in the middle of March. Oita says "we want to make it enable for foreigners who different cultures to enjoy Japanese hot springs.」 ー日本語では「大分県は～と話しています」となっていますが、英語に訳すときはOita saysでいいのでしょうか？ もしくは日本語を変えて「彼らは」としてtheyを主語にする、などした方がいいでしょうか？ なるべく日本語＝英語になるように英文を作りたいです。 （日本語文は簡単であれば変えても大丈夫です） こちらの英文があっているか見てほしいです。

It is difficult to memorize so many yes, but I'll get there eventually, lol. I read about all that in the book I got. It's interesting how languages are formed. Ha ha I'll consider that when I do go to Japan. Thank you for the suggestion. That's good to hear, as soon as my skills are better I'm actually going to do that myself, read books in Japanese that is. Well you don't have to avoid it entirely, just read a few others before you read Shakespeare. It'd be better to have a grasp on English, trust me, his work is a bit confusing with how he writes is a bit different. Anyways if you enjoy old world type stuff then go for it, just read some others before you do is all I suggest.
