動名詞に書き換え問題

It is impossible to deny that she is very efficient. この文章を動名詞を使った文章に書き換えるという問題がわからなくて困っています。 どなたか教えてください！！

It is impossible to denyの部分を変えてはいけない場合は次のようになります。 It is impossible to deny her being very efficient. この場合は、denyの主語と being very efficientの主語が異なりますので、being very efficientの主語であるsheを目的格(又は所有格)であるherの形にしてbeing very efficientの前に付ける必要があります。

No.1の方のおっしゃるとおりです。 【動名詞を用いた慣用構文】です。 There is no denying that she is very efficient. =It is impossible to deny that she is very efficient. =We cannot deny that she is very efficient. ロイヤル英文法などの文法書にも載っていますよ☆

It is impossible to ～　＝　There is no ～ ing (～することは不可能だ、できない） ですから、 There is no denying that she is very efficient. となるはずです。
