need not have 過去分詞では，「～する必要はなかったのに」という意味合いで，「実はしてしまった」という後悔・残念な気持ちが含まれています。 「彼女は急ぐ必要はなかったのに，だって飛行機は遅れていたので」 didn't need to の場合は，単に「～する必要はなかった」ということで，通常，「だから～しなかった」という意味合いになります。 「彼女は急ぐ必要はなかった（から急がなかった），だって飛行機は遅れていたので」 飛行機が遅れているのも知らないで，急いで空港に向かったが，急ぐ必要はなかったのに，というのが need not have hurried 飛行機が遅れていると知っていたので，急ぐ必要がなく，実際に急がなかった，というのが didn't need to hurry です。

- どうしてshould, ought to, need not だけが完了形と？
「べきだ」という意味の should は、should have -ed と言えますが、同じ系列の意味で、「できる、～してもよい、ねばならない」（かもしれない、ちがいないという意味ではなく）などは、完了不定詞がきません。どうして、should, ought to, need not だけが完了不定詞を取れるのでしょうか？

need not～＝don't have to ～で「～する必要はない」ですが、 need not have 過去分詞＝didn't have to～で「～する必要はなかったのに」にはならないのでしょうか？ 調べてもそういった表記を見なかったので… よろしくお願いいたします。
