PCが立ち上がりません

Windows98のSecond Editionwを使っているのですが 後から入れたソフトをアンインストールしてPC立ち上げようと思ったら立ち上がらなくなってしまいました 大事なファイルまで削除してしまったよです The following file is missing or corrupted:C: /WINDOWS/KKCFUNC.SYS There is an error in your CONFIG.SYS file on line? ......と続きます 起動ディスクを入れても NTLDR is missing Press any key to restart　と出て しまいます Sefe modoでもやってみましたが駄目でした ちょっと大事なファイルが入っていたので出来れば再セットアップしないで済む方法は無いでしょうか？ PC初心者で良く分からなくて困っています 助けてく下さ～い！！

メーカーのプリインストールの場合は、カスタムインストールで、ファイルの復元のみだと、他のファイルは、残るはずです。

Windows98SEは、メーカーのプリインストール、それとも、正規の方？？ 正規の方なら、Windows98SEをインストールすると上書きされ、大事なファイルは、残ります。
