英文和訳の添削をお願いします
【The paper by Taleyarkhan et al.on p. 1868 of this issue is a case of point.】 【Taleyakhanらによる１８６８ページの論文はこのケースに当てはまるものだ。】と訳したのですがthis issueの所が上手く訳せません。 前文が下の文で以下のように訳してみました。宜しくお願いします！ 【Every once in a while, we at Science receive a paper that causes us to exercise particular care in handling,because it may be controversial or because it is important―or both.】 私たちサイエンスは時々、それが議論の余地がある可能性があったり、それが重要であったり、またはその両方であるために私たちに格別の取り扱いをさせる論文を受け取る.

このthis issueはおそらく雑誌の今月号、または今号という意味だと思います。「今号の1868ページ」という意味になると思います。 ということで念のためgoogleで検索してみたらサイエンスというのは雑誌の名前だと確認できました。お示しの英文はその雑誌の編集者が執筆した文のようです。従ってScience誌の今月号（もし月刊であれば）ということでしょう。

In this case, the drug, usually in tablet form, is placed under the tongue. This produces a very fast onset of drug action because of the good blood supply to the area, but the duration of the drug's effect is usually short. This method can be used for patients who are unable to take drugs orally, or with younger children, elderly, or mentally disturbed patients. This route is usuful when a drug is known to cause GIT irritation. However, absorption is often incomplete and effectiveness is unpredictable.

It is delicious with a lot of fat at this time of the year. And also it was salted for preservation because long time ago, stores were closed at begining of new year. 新巻サケは伝統的な日本の贈り物です。 日本の正月にギフトとして贈られる塩漬けの乾燥サケです。この時期のサケは脂が乗っていてとてもおいしいです。昔はお正月にお店が開いていなかった為、また保存用として食べられていました。 おねがいします。
