ドライブについて教えて下さい

挿入されたＣＤを認識できないようです。 判定方法 　違うＣＤを挿入して確認 原因 　１．ＣＤの裏（光っている所）が汚れている（指紋だらけ） 　　テッシュでやさしくふき取る 　２．ＣＤトレイのレンズが汚れている 　　ＣＤクリーナを購入して掃除 　３．ＣＤドライバーが壊れている 　　ドライバーの再インストール がんばってください 何かあれば補足してください

補足

1.CDに指紋はつけないようにしていますので問題ありません。 2.最近交換したドライブも前から付いているものも同時にダメになりました。 3.データとしてＷＡＶへの取り込みは可能なんです。音楽ＣＤのみ聞く事ができないんです。 ちなみにドライバの壊れているかどうかの確認方法ってあるんですか？ よろしければ教えて下さい。
