Explorer.exe Runtime Error

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program:C\WINDOWS\explorer.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information. 『マイコンピュータ』、『コントロールパネル』、デスクトップ上にあるフォルダ等をクリックすると上記のような文章が表示されます。 ネットで解決策を調べてみましたが、結局分からなかったので投稿させていただきました。スパイやウイルスが原因？かと思ってチェックしてやってみましたがダメでした。ＯＳ再起動以外で解決できるという方がいましたら説明お願いします＞＜できれば分かりやすく説明できたら幸いです。よろしくお願いします

システムの復元は試しましたか？

システムの復元試してみました。しかし、3月11日に復元を試してみましたが、復元が『未完了』となってしまってどうしようもありません＞＜
