最初の as は「～として」 で、次の as は「～の際、時、～における」 と解釈すれば良いのでは？ だから、 an industrial systhesisのtarget productとして、 isolatingしながらdrug substanceのpreparingやpurifyingをprocessする際、また（=likewise）、conditions やoperating procefures（に関して）は、法的なガイドラインに沿わなければならない。 って感じになるのでしょうか？しかしこの文章だらだらとよく切れずに書きますよね。もっと簡潔に書いてくれる人っていないものかしら？とよく思います。お互い頑張りましょう！

The object code file(s) that are converted source code (previously compiled by the user) will be designated the user code. The linker combines these three codes. woodygoodyさん、ご回答ありがとうございます。 わかりました。which はconditions and operating proceduresを指してますね。 ただ、asはやっぱり理由だという気がします。 化学・医薬品の専門家・翻訳経験者でないと、この文章の翻訳は難しいかと思います。ごめんなさいね。私なりの訳をつけるべきでした。 「Ｘは、成分についてはっきりとした純度を明確にすることが法律で求られている医薬品中の薬理学的活性薬剤物質として用いることが殆どできない。また、（Ｘは）工業的合成における目的物質として用いることも殆どできない。何故ならば、薬剤物質を調製し、単離し且つ精製するための方法においても同様に法律の指針に規定された通りの条件及び操作手順を守らなければならないからである。」 技術的な意味からするとこんなところではないかという気がするのですが、いかかでしょう？ もっとも、ここまで解明できたのは、woodygoodyさんのご回答を頂いて昨夜からよく考えた末、つい先ほどのことなんですが。 また、「工業的合成における目的物質として用いることも殆どできない。」というのもまだちょっと意味不明ですし。 実を言うと、この文章はたぶんドイツ人が書いた英語なんです。フランス語から英語に翻訳されたものを和訳するのには慣れているんですけど、こういうケースはあまりなくて、ちょっと手を焼いています。 この補足をご覧になって何か思いついたことがありましたら、是非教えて下さい。よろしくお願いいたします。kawarivさんにもこのコメントが届くと思いますので、ご意見を頂けますでしょうか。
