パーティションマジックをつかって

助けてあげたいので投稿してるのですが、友達がパーティションマジックつかったら、 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut downto your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen restart your computer.If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk　defragmentation or backup utilities. check your hard drive configuration, for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer. Technical information: *** STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x82382248, 0x00000~ って言う文が出てきて、safemodeでの起動をしようとしてだめでして、OSの回復をしようとしたところ、errorがでたらしいのです。この場合どうするべきでしょうか？ぜひ教えてください！

パーティションマジックのインストール時に、「起動ディスクの作成」の ＳＴＥＰがあったと思いましたが、作成されていますか？ されていれば、それでとりあえず起動出来ますが・・・。
